Great all around shoe Easy on and off. I can run in them. I took only this shoe to Peru for 3 weeks with lots of walking and some moderately rugged day hiking. I climbed the larger mountain at Machu Picchu (steep 2000 feet vertical in 4 hours round trip). I have bought 1 pair per year for the last 4 or 5 years and wear them everywhere except when wearing a suit or tux.

Exactly what I wanted I'm very pleased with my new shoes. They were comfortable right away and are the second pair I've had. The last pair was used almost every day for four years and they're still OK, but starting to look worn. They're great all purpose shoes. Altrec was very easy to deal with and I received my shoes promptly.

Best Shoes I've ever owned.... I have these shoes forever. They hug my feet like the first day I put them on even though now I use them for painting and the soles are completely worn down.... If you like a comfortable long lasting shoe this is it!
