***** Because I suffer from heel pain, I have bought Bite products and have been happy with them. I bought these sandals, and can report that they're everything I expected. One criticism, Bite should provide more detailed advice about adjusting the product. At first, I didn't think the sandals would fit correctly. But once I figured out the adjusting straps, they fit fine.

these are better than any running shoe both my husband and I wear these when we run and work out. you don't get hot/sweaty as when you wear shoes/socks, they are lighter, and they give you great support. we love our bite running sandals!
