great The gloves live up to marmot's reputation. They are as great as I expected. I am a daily walker and walk 4-8 miles a day. I also hike and backpack. I live in the deep south and when the temp drops in the 30-40's and the wind is 10-20 miles + / hr. I need the protection of windstopper. I also have a Marmot wind shirt that is the best apparel item that I own. If I had to pick the one item that I would not be without it would be the wind shirt.

One of the best gloves made I purchased my first pair of these gloves over four years ago. They fit perfectly in a pocket and give outstanding protection for their size and weight. I still wear the pair I bought four years age.
